drumherum – Das Volksmusikspektakel ist ein Festival für überlieferte regionale Volksmusik, das seit 1998 alle zwei Jahre rund um Pfingsten in Regen im Bayerischen Wald stattfindet. Mehrere hundert Gruppen aus Bayern und weiteren Ländern spielen auf Bühnen, Plätzen, in Wirtshäusern und Kirchen der ganzen Stadt, dazu kommen Tanzabende, Mitmach-Workshops und ein Kunsthandwerkermarkt. Wer selbst singt oder musiziert, ist ausdrücklich eingeladen mitzumachen.
